I get a sense that calling out the team a couple of weeks ago has backfired. Calling out players in a press conference doesn't seem like the best way to get players to play for you. Locker room yet, press conference no. Other thoughts?

This is only his fourth season, it's a very young team and it takes time to win. I think we need to chill out and give him a chance to win at Minnesota. He has three more years on his contract, only then can we judge how he has done. South Dakota was a tough team, give them credit.

His head is on the line this coming season. He might as well run the offense himself. If he's no better than 500 again, he's gone imo.
