I take the first two with a grain of salt. Alabama is, well, Alabama, and when they offer, they'll be in the driver's seat. I had a bad feeling about Ragnow after the interview with the intern. Ragnow talked about how Bielema stresses the importance of o-linemen and gives them preferential treatment (and as much as I think Bielema is a goof, his record of getting his linemen at least looks at the pro level says something to a recruit) and while he said nice things about Kill, I had the feeling that he was being pulled south.

The other thing here is that Mayes is a center. Hassenauer is a center. Ragnow is moving to center. I know that's never set in stone when you move to the college level, but my guess is Hassenauer and Ragnow felt with Mayes in tow, the Gophers already had their guy. That's totally conjecture on my part.

And don't get me wrong. I would have loved to have both Hassenauer and Ragnow in this class. I think they will both be solid players at the next level.
 

any potentials flips left? or is it just waiting on Jones to finish out the class?

A local boy who I can cheer for as a Beaver. Good stuff.
 




Remember that Fatrick will say whatever he can to trash the U. Jones' coach has said up .2 on GPA and 1 point more on SAT. IIRC that is what the numbers were. Not easy but not necessarily "a long way off".

Hopefully just a year away from putting a stop to this. Would help to put someone on the current line in the NFL. The good news in this if there is any is that none of these are less than a days drive away. UW, IA, NE, ND are much more alarming in my view.

I agree and we got some players from WI which is even better.

Has anyone heard whether or not the potential surprise flip Ryan Burns mentioned on twitter last night signed somewhere else? Or is he still in play?

Well he said one or two surprises. I'm guessing one of those surprises was Craig James.
