Fleck, like any other HC, has the power to change the play calling. What we're seeing must be fine with Fleck.

Yes PJ should be blamed as well. But these OC/DC get paid boatloads of money as well. He should be blamed first for totally destroying RPO scheme that works well for TM and the team. Someone asked TM abt. RPO scheme this week interview. It sounds like Sanford completely throws it away or just paying lip service as he may not be in favor of the scheme or don't know how to call them properly.
