It is, it’s terrible. Not only do you give up yardage, but you risk a turnover by letting ball hit the ground and bounce around where it could hit one of your own players accidentally. We lost 12 yards on the punt by not catching it. We would love that 12 additional yards now.

Yeah, not sure why the staff discount field position as important. It’s a pillar of the game. My only explanation is they genuinely don’t have anyone that can catch punts?

It's "no mistakes" conservative approach. Brock has steady hands. But he is mainly there to fair catch and stop balls from rolling. He doesn't accelerate well enough to be a real ST threat.

The point is, he doesn’t fair catch them!! He never does. We got lucky as hell just then!!

Fleck, like any other HC, has the power to change the play calling. What we're seeing must be fine with Fleck.

We run it 70% of the time. It does not matter the down or distance, there is a good chance we run it. 3rd and 7 in the red zone? We run it. 3rd and 17 on our own 20? We run it.

However, if we are in an empty set where Tanner is back there alone, there is a 100% chance it is a pass play. This is bad strategy and planning. You are giving the defense a huge advantage. If there is a RB back there, the defense has to be prepared to play the run.

STOP RUNNING THE EMPTY SET! Until we get a mobile QB who can run a QB draw, it gives the defense a big advantage!

I’ll say it again, Mike Sanford Jr will be fired after the season. He’s in way over his head. He’s not a good coach. I’ve been saying it all year.

We have been saying this since BG game. His record is atrocious as OC/HC. It is not a coincidence. It is just fact. Hope PJ is seeing what we're seeing and hand playcalling job to Matt.
