ML: If we had to arm wrestle, it would be an unfair fight as I would win every time. Ultimately, Colton gives us great flexibility in this class to fill an important need on either side of the ball. We will let Coach Kill made that final decision.

WR has been a problem of the past, but with last years class in Holland and Gentry, plus the recruits coming this year, gopher nation has a lot to be excited about!

ML: For the last two years we have made a strong push to strengthen that position and feel we have recruited a group that quickly can matchup with any other group in the conference.

Coach, you have a young group of talented backs now. Are we going to some new wrinkles to get them all on the field at once?

GopherSports:
ML: It's never a bad thing to have a lot of guys who you want to get the football to. It will fun challenge for our offensive staff going forward. One we are excited about!

Talk about this class of offensive lineman, and collectively, how good they can be.

GopherSports:
ML: This OL class has been 18 months in the making. A lot of time went into evaluating and recruiting this group. Collectively, it has the ability to be a special group.

Can you describe Demry's skill-set? Does he remind you of anyone you've coached or any other players?

GopherSports:
ML: We liked Demry a lot on junior film, but when we had the ability to see him in person at camp it sealed the deal for us. He has a great combination of size, speed and ability to put the ball on the money made him a (must get) leaving camp this past summer. We really feel he fits our offense.

What characteristics have you found in the new OL which you like?

GopherSports:
ML: All five first and foremost are tough kids and are athletic, which are two qualities we value highly here at Minnesota.
