They have a PG for 2014 and 2015 already? Interesting.
 




Didn't see this posted in this thread, but Jarvis was at the Coastal Carolina game as well. I think he'll be at Williams quite a bit this year. I think he's basically a lock unless one of the blue bloods come calling, i.e. Kansas.
 

going off of my old bad memory-- i think i remember Jarvis saying he wanted to go to the same school as his sister-- and this was way back before she committed to Iowa State-- any one close enough to the situation to know if that is still a major consideration?

and regarding Hoiberg-- i see him coaching the Wolves in two years when Adelman retires. Flip likes him, Glen Taylor loves him

Agreed. The only thing that I see as keeping ISU in it is that his sister, Seanna, is on the women's team.
 

I have always thought the sister thing is over done - though I'm not an insider. I had a sister at the U when I was going there and I almost never saw her.
 


any word on Johnson and his thoughts on the game or did he not show up last night. thought someone posted he planned to attend Wofford game. We relly need an early commitment from this guy to get the ball rolling.

Wow pretty cool seeing Bobby meet Jarvis. Really hope Jarvis stays home.
 

Love having Bobby back in town. We've needed an alumni presence with a big-time name like that for a while now. One that recruits can remember watching in the NBA.

For as much as people here like to downplay Humphries, he is probably the most well known Gopher today. The more involved he is with Minnesota, the better.

Seems like he is pretty involved. He played with our guys quite a bit this summer and had a meeting with Pitino that seemed to go well.

Jarvis didn't tweet about the game at all, last I checked. A little disappointing. Hopefully it was because he got lost in the excitement and forgot to tweet.

I was surprised that Jarvis had this much communication with Kansas. I knew he visited earlier this year for Late Night in the Phog. A lot of times at Kansas the PG has to wait until their junior year to take the reigns like Naadir Tharpe. Hopefully we keep building a great relationship and the ability to earn early playing time will help him stay home!
 

I hope Reid doesn't rub off on him too much.
