2022-2023 Other Bowl Games Thread

Give him time. Michigan didn't look great against OSU until the 2nd half. Think they were mostly a second half team this year.

…Cheeze-It bowls are doing it right.

Except Cheeze-It just cut ties with the voice of the cheese, the “I woke up feeling the cheesiest, coach”. I’m never buying those crap crackers again!

For the people who’ve been around a while, he was also Sign Boy for the old Titleist commercials.

McCarthy looks absolutely horrible early on.
Cheering for Michigan all the way, but that McCarthy is a cocky little puke! It's the one thing I would get out of Michigan losing is not having to see him for awhile.

Sounds like they’re both slow starting teams. Not good news for the Wolverines.

Lets hope the Big Ten doesn’t get embarrassed the first year they put two teams in the tournament. Hoping someone, anyone can take out Georgia.

I love all the shots of Michigan fans shittin' bricks right now.

I’m conflicted in cheering for the Big Ten and despising some of the arrogant Michigan fans I know. For some reason it’s easier to cheer for the Buckeyes 😀

Is Duggan related to Max Shortell? Ginger influence.

Ya think Michigan players might want to hold on to the ball through the tackle? There's been like 4 ground caused fumbles this drive...

I know the Duggan family. His dad was a hard nosed college quarterback and his mom an all American track runner. All of that shows in their kid. Both of these quarterbacks are ballers just like our guy 8. So much fun to have a kid like that on our squad.

I'm cheering for Michigan too. Want the Big Ten all the way. I'm not sure anyone can beat Georgia, but I actually think Ohio St has a better chance than Michigan.

Does anyone know how close Max Duggan was to becoming a Gopher? Seems like it came down to us and TCU, just cant remember if we were close on him?

Michigan and Ohio St both suck! I will never understand rooting for a rival in our conference. Maybe it’s just that I despise every SEC fan that roots for the conference above all.

He was committed if I remember?, took a trip down and was wooed by the TCU cheer squad most likely. Too bad. I hope Kaliakmanis can approximate him.

I despise rooting for the SEC. And I'm no fan of TCU, so screw them. I want Michigan to get crushed in every big ten game, but I want them to win their bowl games.

Don't recall him committing but I think we were close

Wow. TCU really is the team of destiny.

Yep I think youre right. He was crystal-balled maybe but no commit.
He has overcome a lot of adversity. He had a heart procedure I think is a sophomore, his head coach was fired, and he temporally lost the battle for the number one quarterback spot before the other kid got hurt last spring. Persevered through it all.

That's why you hurry up and line up and don't fart around
