That is great news, but I find it funny that nobody questions this news as they do when Dog-gee posts negative things or things that are obviously pure speculation.........

I for one will switch around channels until I find I weather forecast I like best.
 


He's the only one who has made any attempts to update the Buckles situation. No idea what Marcus and Amelia are up to.

Is Amelia ever the first one to update a situation?...

I know everyone loves her but typically she breaks the news hours after Marcus, Darren, or any body from rivals / espn / national media. Great articles, but they're frequent and far between and she never breaks anything. Sorry to go off topic

I just wish everyone else was late like her and accurate. At least you can trust what she says. W/ Doogers I only trust what I want to.
 

Most of Amelia's fan base is made up of guys that think she's hot (she is) or people that find her non-basketball related tweets amusing (they mostly aren't). She doesn't break stories and she doesn't have a great understanding of the x's and o's, so most of her stories are just regurgitated fluff.

I agree. Rarely is she inaccurate with her information and she tends to have good reads on many of the recruits. I would much rather read an article from her on a player than Doogie. I don't think she will ever be the one breaking information, especially when there are much more established writers/recruiting experts in MN like Ryan James, Marcus, Chris Monter. I enjoy her stuff though

Man, it's been a long wait. At this point you've gotta assume there's paperwork at the NCAA that they're waiting on, or possibly the U admission office. If he's coming here, presumably we'll know no later than Sept 3 (the start of classes). But I suppose even then it's possible he could come here but still be waiting for his bb eligibility to be cleared.
 

It would be nice to hear from someone with a closer conection to the truth than we posters here. Every once in a while Coach P gives me hope that the athletic department insiders are going to be more forthcoming with the fans than in the past, but I guess that we might well have to grovel for any information that we're deemed worthy of being treated to.
I do know that 'the powers that be' leave no doubt whatsoever about what the U wants us to do with our money. "GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME"

I certainly don't know one way or another, but might the U and Pitino be restricted by NCAA rules and privacy concerns over what they can and cannot say?

Again, if he were a "normal" recruit, the mere mention of his name by Pitino or anyone at the U would be an NCAA violation. Not sure on transfers, though. GW?
