Europe is likely cleaner than NYCLMAO. What. I've been to NYC numerous times and have zero clue what you mean. Not everything is sparkling new. I swear people see older cities and view them as 'dirty' vs 'history'....you'd probably call 99% of Europe a cesspool because it's falling apart. 'Look at that piece of shit tower...it's leaning!'
LOL. Yep, that's why crime was the #1 issue in the last NYC mayoral race FOR DEMORCRATS. Don't you wish those New York hicks would just get a bit more culture like you and your friends?Tell us you're an uncultured hick without actually saying it. Stay in your basement.
I just spent the last four days in Nashville. In fact, I'm at the airport now as I type this. It's a great city.NYC is the last place I’d go no matter the season. It’s well known for being filthy and full of crime. Nashville also has it’s crime but not near as expensive and likely cleaner. NYC is a dump.
What city do you live? Some of us don't live our lives in fear of cities.
And now that Mayor Adam's has appointed a rat czar there should be more room on the subway platforms.LMAO. What. I've been to NYC numerous times and have zero clue what you mean. Not everything is sparkling new. I swear people see older cities and view them as 'dirty' vs 'history'....you'd probably call 99% of Europe a cesspool because it's falling apart. WTF are you talking about? Nashville was flooded with people from NYC because New York is a dump.I just spent the last four days in Nashville. In fact, I'm at the airport now as I type this. It's a great city.
No doubt the pearl clutchers bitching about NY would be terrified of anywhere larger than Sleepy Eye...
An interesting point. How would you characterize the Gopher fan bubble? How would it differ from the Iowa or Wisconsin fan bubble? The Bowl Committees have to want you. The B1G is not going to force a Bowl to accept a team that it doesn't want.
If the folks behind the Music City or Mayo Bowl really wanted MN, they would tell the B1G and it would get worked out.
The Gophers are not going to the Music City or Mayo Bowl. that should tell you something about how MN is perceived outside of the fan bubble.
as to the opponent, it's easy to understand why the Pinstripe Bowl people would want a team in Syracuse that might help sell tickets.
Life ain't fair. why should sports be any different?
Someone has watched Escape from New York a few too many times and thought it was real ...NYC is the last place I’d go no matter the season. It’s well known for being filthy and full of crime. Nashville also has it’s crime but not near as expensive and likely cleaner. NYC is a dump.

If you don't like navigating the human feces on your walk to the subway, you're just not a refined human being. And now that Mayor Adam's has appointed a rat czar there should be more room on the subway platforms.
Those pearl clutchers, do you mean the Democrat voters in NY? Those idiots?I just spent the last four days in Nashville. In fact, I'm at the airport now as I type this. It's a great city.

NYC in the winter is one of the worst bowl locations period. The difference between the Pinstripe, Mayo and Music City is really not all that much. Except that it is in a "cold" location, New York is a far better city than Charlotte or Nashville. There isn't a whole helluva lot in Charlotte and I can't stand country music.
My politics have nothing to do with it. I don't live in fear of different places, experiences and cult. ures. Some of my political opinions may not be what you think.LOL. Yep, that's why crime was the #1 issue in the last NYC mayoral race FOR DEMORCRATS. Don't you wish those New York hicks would just get a bit more culture like you and your friends?
Tell us you derive your "culture" from your politics and not actually knowing a thing about other places (like lets say New York), without saying it.
Crime takes center stage in mayor’s race, fueling support for Eric Adams
Public safety is now the top priority of Democratic voters.www.ny1.com
What does that have to do with the hicks here telling us how scared they are of a city. Those pearl clutchers, do you mean the Democrat voters in NY? Those idiots?
I don't dislike Pinstripe bowl or New York City, I dislike the fact ACC gave Syracuse a virtual home game. Northern climate games should have to be played in indoor stadiums.

My wife and I have traveled the world extensively. We don't go on group tours, all inclusive resorts or cruises, because they're full of people like the pearl clutchers here who fear for their "safety" in unfamiliar surroundings . It's called being a traveler and not a tourist.

True of literally anywhere you go, almost anywhere on earth. If you know what areas to stay away from you'll be OK.
I know. It's fun to mock people who live in constant fear and think they have a clue, despite probably never leaving their hometown. You are responding to snowflakes. People who live in constant fear.
I live there, hence the name and if you go by actual FBI Crime Statistics ( which compare them on a per capita basis), you would see it has a far lower murder rate than Mpls historically and it routinely ranks as one of the safest big cities in the country.NYC is the last place I’d go no matter the season. It’s well known for being filthy and full of crime. Nashville also has it’s crime but not near as expensive and likely cleaner. NYC is a dump.
You sound super cultured. Let me guess, you love trying new restaurants too?My politics have nothing to do with it. I don't live in fear of different places, experiences and cult. ures. Some of my political opinions may not be what you think.

Why are the using John Legend’s nephew in the ad not Mo or someone that can actually catch a ball??
The Pinstripe had to be filled by either Minnesota or Illinois this year. No other team below PSU qualified as all have been there the past seven years. Illinois, with better wins including head to head, was always going to get picked ahead of MN this year.
Stop trying so hard.My politics have nothing to do with it. I don't live in fear of different places, experiences and cult. ures. Some of my political opinions may not be what you think.

You seem triggered. You sound super cultured. Let me guess, you love trying new restaurants too?
You should go teach those hicks in NYC to not care about crime. It's their #1 issue.
LMAO. What. I've been to NYC numerous times and have zero clue what you mean. Not everything is sparkling new. And yet you chose to live in your little safe bubble of a town where? Prove me wrong.I know. It's fun to mock people who live in constant fear and think they have a clue, despite probably never leaving their hometown.
