Why would you leave one of the best jobs in the 21-year history of college football for backwater Oregon? Something's rotten in Buckyville and I don't think it's the egg salad sandwhich Bert left in the desk drawer. :cool:
 









Things must be really bad behind the scenes for this to happen.
 


Look at the bright side Bucky fans, expert coach evaluator Joel Maturi is available to help make this hire. I'd contact him now before the rush.

It is official.

It is also a relief for many of the longtime "inside" Badger fans that I interact with.

He had some definite quirkiness and there were lots of rumors that he and Alvarez did not get along at all. Andersen had lots of weird press conference moments earlier in the year and clearly bungled the handling of the McEvoy/Stave situation.


Kill to Wisconsin?
 


The next coach will be Barry Alvarez. Best case, he's Bill Snyder part II. Worst case.... :cool02:
