You said that they were close to getting trucked. I pointed out that shots were even at 11 and that the second half of the period....that the Huskies easily had more offensive zone time. You said...."yeah but they controlled pace". I guess having the puck in your defensive zone is still much better....as long as you're controlling the pace?

Gophers and Omaha were 18-17 in shots yesterday and the score was like 5-1.

If you think that all shots are created equal. Well then, thats just a personal issue.

As I said....the second half of the period....the Huskies had far more offensive zone time. Your comeback to that was that BC "controlled the pace". What? They were trucking by "controlling the pace" playing defense. Good analysis, Barry Melrose.

You're just wrong. Announcers have been talking about it the last 7 minutes haha.

But yeah, actually defensively you can control the game. Which they also mentioned. BC in the first period was really quick on the break out and getting through the neutral zone.

Just chalk it up as a loss and watch the game. You don't have to be 24/7 annoying.

I think you spoke too soon and then instead of walking it back a little bit....you doubled down by saying "they controlled the pace though!!". It's alright to suck up the bad take and be wrong sometimes.

No they didn't. Anyone aside from you apparently saw this. Announcers saw.

You referenced shots as if they indicate controlling of the game. Then butchered being able to control play getting out of the D zone. And this period is proving my point, everything has completely flipped.

I got more pressing issues than arguing with a guy who doesnt watch half the period coupled with understand basic flow of the game. You keeping giving hot takes that no one agrees with.

I'll keep enjoying this second period trucking.

Kill the penalty to start the 3rd and keep control.

Yes, they did.

And no...I didn't reference shots as controlling the game. I said that shots were even. And like I said....the Huskies had a few good scoring opportunities in the last ten minutes when they were controlling the offensive zone.

But keep with the "trucking" claim despite all evidence pointing to the contrary. Claiming "but pace!" is a super funny way of stubbornly doubling down. Me and my buddies had a good laugh about that take.
 


Alright!!! With that empty netter and a 4-1 scores....Huskies heading to the frozen four!

Gophers need to pick up the pace, because they are looking to get trucked early on. Kato all over it. And a rare weak goal given up.

Look...you had a bad take...it's alright. Let's not forget your previous poor take that I had an issue with....that the Huskies were no threat in the tournament. Remember? You said that they were a bad tournament team like that had any impact on the current year team?

Wrong. I said they were prone to clunkers...which they actually continued to do this year. And evidenced their losing to 4 seeds.

Said they do just fine against good teams. Further proved today.

Along with not knowing hockey, you also still don't know what quotes("") are. That means you word for word are stating I said "Huskies aren't a tournament threat".

So go find that exact quote. You won't because I didn't say it.

Otherwise, like I said the facts are one sided. I will respond if you provide that exact quote. Make sure you tag me though. Cause if I see you simply replied, im skimming over it. My head hurts too much trying to comprehend the insane.
