Season 4 episode 2 and 3 of Slow Horses, very good.
I haven't watched it yet but when I saw the previews, you could've given me a 100 guesses as to who the actor was and I never would've gotten it correct. The Penguin. Only one episode, but really good. Colin Farrell is is award winning.
Also, Cristin Milioti is cast perfectly as Sofia Falcone.I haven't watched it yet but when I saw the previews, you could've given me a 100 guesses as to who the actor was and I never would've gotten it correct.
We seem to have the same taste in shows with terribly flawed characters that we still root for every episode. Have you ever watched Sons of Anarchy or The Shield?Just completed the last episode of Mad Men last night. It has been cemented as one of the top three shows (hour long) of all time. The Holy Trinity being; Mad Men, Breaking Bad and The Wire.
I will start watching The Wire again soon. The wife hasn't seen it. Breaking Bad will be our summer show in 2025.

Neither. I will probably have to watch "Sons" on my own. I don't know much about, The Shield, but I will give that a go as well.We seem to have the same taste in shows with terribly flawed characters that we still root for every episode. Have you ever watched Sons of Anarchy or The Shield?
Better Call Saul was heading in that direction for me, but I was let down by the last half of the last season. Still great, but just not top list worthy.I've got The Wire, Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy all in my Top 5 drama's of all time. Those three shows in particular, have unmatched character development. Incredible shows.
Go Gophers!!
I heard they are going to make fun of the way we talk again.Any word on a new Fargo series?
Ha. The original movie was just a bit over the top with thatI heard they are going to make fun of the way we talk again.

Originally when Fargo was released, I was living in LA for a couple of years and also thought they were over the top.Ha. The original movie was just a bit over the top with that
I’ve been here my entire life and I disagree. I’ve rarely heard anyone sound like thatOriginally when Fargo was released, I was living in LA for a couple of years and also thought they were over the top.
I came back to the Twin Cities for a short vacation and realized they were spot on. It's not like the film makers were some Hollywood interlopers filming a movie in Minnie-SO-ta.
They were born and raised in St Louis Park.
You need to live away from the area for a period of time and then reacclimate, to realize that's exactly how it sounds.I’ve been here my entire life and I disagree. I’ve rarely heard anyone sound like that

Go Bears
Both of these actresses that Marge is talking to were Minneapolis locals. Wild guess, they did not need a dialect coach.
Anyone questioning the authenticity of the accents should hang out in Montgomery for Kolacky Days. When I was younger, early 20s and before I knew any better, flew out to LA got a sales conference and as I left the plane, William Macy, was sitting in the waiting area for a flight and he was straight in front of me and I walked straight towards him and went fill Fargo, telling him how much as a native, I appreciated it.
He turned away from me and put his hand over his face, cringing as much as possible. I rambled for a good 15-20 seconds, before I stopped.
A friend of mine, who is an actor helped me ditch my accent, when I moved out here.
My mom, who lives on Da Range, introduced me to her new neighbor, a while back and I almost lost it repeatedly, as he sounded like he could’ve been in the movie. Yeah, you betcha!
I'm sure you've used a wood chipper, though.I’ve been here my entire life and I disagree. I’ve rarely heard anyone sound like that
Just not how they used itI'm sure you've used a wood chipper, though.
World’s a better place with Molly in itMost recent episode of Slow Horses had a really tense scene at the end. Brilliant the way the episode ended with the credits rolling and the viewer just hears breathing. Robert Frost, I believe, doing the editing on this episode.
It took a long time for it to get renewed for a 5th season so I'm sure it'll be the same for a 6th. There's been about a 3 year gap for the next season ever since season 3.Any word on a new Fargo series?
Thanks. Didn’t realize it’s been that long between seriesIt took a long time for it to get renewed for a 5th season so I'm sure it'll be the same for a 6th. There's been about a 3 year gap for the next season ever since season 3.
That's because you speak the language.I’ve been here my entire life and I disagree. I’ve rarely heard anyone sound like that
Coming from someone raised south of the area and visited family up north regularly, they were not over the top. Marge has many clones up here. HahaHa. The original movie was just a bit over the top with that
Apparently I stand corrected donchya ya knowComing from someone raised south of the area and visited family up north regularly, they were not over the top. Marge has many clones up here. Haha
