I doubted that they would restart tonight, much less rally in the 9th.
I was unaware of the restart and my DVR stopped during the 90 minute Rain Delay.
Pleasant surprise to find out the Twins Win!

If the Twins do trade Duran, this helps a lot. One less guy available.
Almost made it to August without an IL stint. Oh well. Maybe back for September.Buxton to IL.
Correa's not in today's lineup. I'm hopeful it's more than Rocco babying players with owies, but I doubt that's the case here.
Please God....He gone
If the Twins squeezed the Tigers to take Dobnak in the Paddock trade for his $1 million dollar salary, one can only imagine the meager return Correa would fetch; nonetheless clear the books of that salary!
He's been a very good defensive shortstop. That's about all the praise I can muster for him. Having a shortstop in this day and age who doesn't really hit for power and is less aggressive on the bases than Cal Ripken Jr. when he was in his 30s is less than ideal. Not sure if Culpepper is ready yet, but he's SS of future.
On the other hand, Correa left yesterday's game with illness. Maybe he's still sick. Hasn't hit like we hoped, but he's been a great shortstop.
This year even Correa's play at SS is not great. Actually below average, by some metrics. He's been a very good defensive shortstop. That's about all the praise I can muster for him. I would have contested. Looked like Boston catcher blocked access to plate before he had the ball. And Turnstile Tommy gets another player thrown out at home.
From mlb.com.July 30: Jhoan Duran market picking up steam
The Twins could be getting closer to trading flamethrowing righty Jhoan Duran. A source told MLB com’s Mark Feinsand that “things are moving” on the 27-year-old, who is under club control through 2027.
According to MLB Network insider Jon Heyman, the Phillies are "one of the more aggressive teams" in pursuit of Duran, though The Athletic (subscription required) reports that Philadelphia isn't willing to part with top prospect Andrew Painter in any deal. The Red Sox, Mariners, Blue Jays and Yankees are in the mix for Duran as well.
Probably more meant to just show how impressed he is with his new home. Target Field generally gets really good reviews for players, both Twins and visitors.
Not great Bob.
