Haven’t been able to watch. Did I miss anything?
13 runs in the first 3.5 inningsHaven’t been able to watch. Did I miss anything?
Yada Yada it’s 7 to 6 twins.Haven’t been able to watch. Did I miss anything?
Be not afraidThis is the kind of game that scares me. Twins are scoring but off of the righty that started. Cleveland has gone to a lefty who I assume could pitch 5 innings tonight. Twins need to either get the offense going against Norris or I am scared they will lose.

Like I said Norris would hang enough that the twins would add on. I was not happy when Carlos got that hanger and pulled it foul.Be not afraid

With a nice strut out of the box too.Upper Tank baby
Also sporting the Josh Hader hair. His stuff is nice
I think we got our help
Better version of Shohei......Funderburk played college ball at Dallas Baptist. Had a 6.84 ERA his senior year. He was a much better hitter than pitcher in college. But here he is as a Major League pitcher. Amazing.
Good summary here:
There’s no reason to get that far off the base. He’s not gonna score there so just get far enough off to be able to get to 3rd if it falls.Base runnings still needs work.
Since Maeda did not go the required 5 inning minimum, Funderburk gets official credit for the W.Put-out, strike out, and assist in Funderburk’s first major league inning. Nice start to a career.
The Twins also evened the season series with the Guards at 4 apiece, 5 games remaining.Twins Magic Number 24.
Very likely. Cleveland has the tougher schedule in Sept too.If the Twins take 2 of 3 here, i.e. win one of the next two, I think we can pretty much call the race over.
