Fleck has more talent for re-phrasing legitimate questions (in order not to answer them) than he does for coaching B10 football.

a lot of this comes from hiring a younger coach from a non-P5 conference who is more flash than substance. Fleck does not have a deep network of possible assistants to draw on and many who might come to the Gophs think twice about the personality driven approach to program management.

Correct. Sort of tells you just how good the ACC is. I was following Wake Forest this year -- they were playing well, and then, oof. WF is now playing Sparty in NYC! Wow. B10 fans reported liking the Orange Bowl, so that is another target for the Gophers.
