72% of the tickets and 58% of the money is on Iowa.
This line was, and always has been, a commentary on what Vegas thinks of Iowa. I mean…a 1-7 team favored over a 6-2 team looking to clinch their division? That reeks.
You might want to fact check just a little bit. The Utah game at CU last year was at 10am mountain. The Air Force game in 2019 at CU was at 11am mountain.
I do not think the offense at Penn State was was awful in 2020. They were second in the Big Ten in yards per game. The were middle of the pack in efficiency according to football outsiders. Football Outsiders had their offense ranked ahead of Indiana.
They suffered from inconsistent, even...
They averaged 430 yards per game, 2nd in the big ten. They were down their top 2 RB’s and lost Wr’s to transfers.
Interesting move by Franklin. West Virginia with Neal Brown could be a potential landing spot.
I did not feel like drops were a big problem tonight. Seth Green actually made two good catches to bail Morgan out on bad throws.
I could be wrong about the drops, I just do not recall numerous dropped passes. Morgan was 13-25.
The two bad passes you reference had a disproportionate impact...
Agree to disagree.
The throw on a throwback is not a late throw over the middle. If you think that it is, i seriously question your football acumen.
It is designed to get the defense going one way and throwing back the opposite way...
Which is completely different than a broken play...
It is called a throwback play. It is actually a great play design and best utilized against a defense that over commits. As we saw tonight, Wisconsin often was sending the house.
Great play call and design. Awful throw by Morgan.
Clay Geary is not a freshman.
Other than the pick? So that play does not count? That was an absolutely awful decision and throw. Especially considering where on the field it happened.
