All Things 2022 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

Damn.

Seattle #7 is a guaranteed SF win.

But this Pack doesn’t seem much better. Where is the Pack from last week???? That team beats SF. No where to be seen.
the pack last week got a kickoff return last week for a td, a pick 6 td, 4 turnovers, and the starting tackle and center went down in the first quarter. Plus the vikings brought ski shoes.

Last week was a complete mirage as far as how good Green Bay is. they'd already be done if not for Tua playing with a concussion for a whole half.

Last pass by Rodgers in a GB uniform an INT?

Detroit being eliminated may have helped them. They just went out and played.

With the completion of the regular season, I have won my first ever fantasy league. Wish we played for more than just bragging rights.

Did you have your championship this weekend? That would suck with so many players sitting out.

A buddy of mine’s kid joined our league last year. He finished 2nd last year and won it all this year. In 2 years he’s won more money in the league than I have in the last 10 years. Oh, and he’s in 6th grade.

For all the geniuses that wanted the vikings to drop to the 3rd seed, we now get to face a solid team that almost beat us at home instead of a total trash team Seahawks.....

There were really idiots wanting that?

I was hoping for the #2 seed in order to avoid the potential of going on the road twice (Eagles/49ers). Plus playing on grass, I think the Vikings are even more vulnerable. They have enough to worry about anyway just getting out of the Wild Card round.

As for the Seahawks/Giants I think that is pretty much a wash.

Yes many. This team is meant to play on turf. That's more important than who they are playing

Both SF and Phi play on grass.

Best case for Vikings is knock off SF in 2nd round and cowboys beat eagles and cowboys come here. No way Vikings win two grass road games in a row

My money is on Dallas beating Philly, but we'll see how that goes. Dangerous to bet on Dak Prescott, or the Cowboys in general, in the postseason.

Looking to 2023 if there was any consolation for the Lions that the Rams lost to Seattle and dashed their playoff hopes, it improved their draft position. They own the Rams 1 Rounder (6th overall) as well as their own pick (18th overall).

They also have two 2nd Round picks (Vikings & own) so they will have a draft ammo of 4 slots in the top 64 to improve their defense.

I stand by my assertion that Detroit is the favorite to win the NFC North in 2023. Not overwhelming, but I think they are on the right path.

I don't know what to make of the Bears. They own the top pick and have over $100 million in salary cap space. Who knows what that turns into...

especially when they just no showed in a game where they could have gotten #1 or #2 seed
