All Things 2021 NCAA College Basketball March Madness Tournament Thread

I think Baylor jumps out early. -3 FH seems like the pick. Any thoughts from anyone else?

I got the 1st half at -2.5. I think it's gonna end up being tight throughout.

Agreed. I kinda thought Houston would dig a little hole and steal it late. I just have the -3 so far though.

I thought it would be close the whole way. Welp. Baylor, bruh.

Baylor's defense = just stifling. If there is any team out there capable of restraining Gonzaga's offense, that's gotta be the one.

University of Houston, powered by Enron. (Pac-Man defeat sound.)

At least the Baylor-Houston game was closer than Miley's pitch on those classic rock songs.

This night always reminds me of the night the Gophers played in the semifinal. I remember us driving to a friend's place to watch the game and listening to the first game in the car--Arizona beating North Carolina--and thinking, man, if we can get past Kentucky, all we have to do is beat a damn 4-seed in the final!

Gonzaga not being called for fouls. Suggs travels. Suggs shoulders.

The ratings decline would seem to indicate that this format is 1 and done.

I was kind of wondering about the ratings. I watched the first couple of gams online (March Madness Live) and it had a little counter telling me my free trial would only last like 5 hours. After game 2, that counter went away and they've all been online through March Madness Live.

I wonder how many people are wathing through the app and how bad they were doing just on TV.

Ratings these days are pretty suspect. I mean maybe fewer people are watching but so many people these days watch stuff online whether illegally or through paid subs. Tv ratings are getting more and more out of touch with reality every day.

I want OT but I don't want to see UCLA in the championship game to be frank.

Am I the only one that thought Suggs hacked the guy on his block? Looked like he hit his arm pretty good.
I thought so too, yeah.

I also have to say, going to take a charge with a 1 second left in a tie game in the Final Four seemed rather suspect, but he got away with it so I guess good for him.

Huge props to number 3 on UCLA. He hit that shot and didn't blink, got RIGHT back in transition. So many times on the Timberwolves someone would hit that shot and then celebrate and give up an easy transition bucket, no freaking discipline.
