Penn State did have to play twice though wheras Oregon only had to play once to potentially get to the final 4. Matchup wise PSU certainly fared better but that is how it works sometimes with brackets.

Don’t get me wrong he absolutely backs it up, it’s just not my style.

I didn’t know much (and still dont) about him, other than he is a hell of a runner, reciever, passer. That said I saw him slap the hand out of the way of his own lineman, trying to help him up in the first half, just sent me bad on the guy. Got nothing but bad teammate vibes from him after that, but I do hold a grudge, at times. Then he was apparently bitching about the line during the game, according to the sideline reporter, just doesn’t sit with me…..

I think it’s more of a case of not wanting a targeting call to “decide” the game than it is SEC/Texas bias.

Don’t get me wrong it’s BS either way, but I don’t think it’s a favoritism thing.

The thing that drives me nuts about this comment and I’m not saying it’s you because other people would make it. By not calling it that’s as much as deciding the game is if you are calling it. You took away Arizona State’s chance to win in regulation and just about gave Texas the win regulation.
