Didn't see this thread posted.
Scores as of now:
North Carolina A&T beats Alcorn State 41-34
Arizona leads New Mexico 28-17 at half
Utah leads BYU 14-0 5 minutes into 1st quarter

Later games:
Ohio vs Appalachian State(-7)
San Jose State(-1) vs Georgia State
Arkansas State vs LA Tech(-1)

I would think playing in a bowl game before Christmas would be somewhat anti-climatic, especially for a ranked team like Utah.

Go Gophers!!

Wow 28 unanswered points for BYU.

Go Gophers!!

Tuned into the Ohio game right at the start of the 4th Q. Score was 24 - 7 Ohio. Couple minutes later App St was up 28 - 24.

Now 28 - 26. Good stuff.

gotta get this thread going. been lots of bowls already. boisie state took northern illinois to the wood shed last night.

our recruiting rival western michigan with the win today, aztecs play tonight.

aztecs rolling. up 21-0.

Watching the Sun Bowl in El Paso....it's snowing.

With the saturation of bowl games, it'd be nice if Minneapolis could get one at the
new USBS. With a Super Bowl coming and possible future College Championship,
no reason why they couldn't shift one of the double city bowls (San Diego, Orlando
Miami, Dallas, Phoenix, Atlanta, New Orleans) to Minneapolis.
Detroit having a bowl, Minneapolis is 10 times a classier city with skyways and light
rail, MOA.. BRING ONE HERE!

Now flipping it over to the B1G bowl.. INDY vs Duke

aaaaah, to watch two basketball schools play in a baseball stadium

It was snowing at the Sun bowl. Glad we had nice weather when I was at the Sun Bowl.

Miami is making the Washington St. defense look like the '85 Chicago Bears.

I like the way the Indiana QB throws the football... Would be a nice XMas gift to have a stellar throwing performance on Monday

Miami, ick. They have had a few chances to tie/go ahead and they can't pull anything together. 3 minutes left, inside the 30 and running the halfback pass in a snow storm. Interception Wash St

I'm sure glad Sudfeld is a senior and we won't have to see him next year.

Virginia Tech on pace to score over 100 points. Now have 44 with about 7 minutes left in the half.

What's the rule if the ball goes right over the uprights?

Also, why are the uprights not higher so this can never happen?

I think it has something to do with trying to minimize the number of hog-eye fans who injure themselves.

They could just use a laser to project the height of the upright for review purposes but I guess the technology is not there yet.

Indiana coach Wilson thought it was no good according to the Twitters
