Other B1G Games Thread

I predict that Michigan will choke and give Wisconsin at least a share of the Big Ten title. But still beat the Gophers on Saturday, of course.

The 2nd half of this game should be interesting - Mich should come back - but - Purdue at home just might have enough.

Purdue just got hosed. The refs always have to make their presence known.

Yeah, that should've been a no call. Two guys go after a loose ball and run into each other, there doesn't have to be a foul called on that.

Terrible look for Michigan, kind of leaning toward Purdue in OT since they're at home.

Do we want Michigan for another good win, or Purdue to try and get out of RPI 100+?

That was a sick bucket. I was cheering for them. I don't want them to be any more angry on Saturday.

Game Over. Michigan does what Minnesota couldn't in Lafayette.

For I second I thought he threw that inbound out of bounds.

Pulling for Illinois right now.

That was such a risky pass, as soon as he attempted it I thought it would be a turn over and game over.

Would like to see Nebraska lose tonight. Getting tired of side by side NCAA resume comparisons of the Huskers and Gophers.

I hate those loose ball fouls. Purdue got jobbed big time.

Illinois 60 - Nebraska 49. Nebraska is on the outside looking in now. Will probably go 1-2 the rest of the way to finish at .500 in the B1G, with a low RPI.

It's not B10, but Baylor just lost as well. We could be in competition with them to get in on Selection Sunday

If you're a basketball fan, you might want to watch ESPN and ESPN2 for the next 15 minutes. Ohio St vs Penn St and Arkansas vs Kentucky coming down to the wire.

Penn State manages to somehow not choke it away.

Penn State rushes the court after beating #22 Ohio State... lol

Well, when Aaron Craft kicks the ball out of bounds with less than a minute left and Lenzelle Smith misses two wide-open 3s, you can win even when you don't make every free throw.

Good for Penn St.
Too bad their RPI isn't in the top 100 to help our resume.

If Iowa comes back and wins, it will create a 5-way tie for 8th (and last) in the Big Ten between Illinois, Indiana, Northwestern, Penn State, and Purdue, all at 5-10 in conference.

I wouldn't want a trip to the NCAA tourney to hinge on beating Indiana in the BTT.

Iowa loses 3rd in a row. Well.....this should at least keep Indiana in the RPI top-100 through the remainder of the year.

Bad day for ranked teams, only Louisville won. 1-5 on the day for ranked teams and 0-2 for the big ten with both OSU and Iowa losing. Can't remember a day this bad for the top 25 in a while... but maybe i just haven't been paying attention enough.
