you can just see how talented Gray is, such a huge difference from Weber.

Weber lost something in his head when he got injured last year. He hasn't been the same since. There is no excuse for him to consistently miss wide-open 5 yard passes. That said, his receivers didn't help him at all today.

Regardless of whether it was Weber's fault today or not (I don't think so, necessarily, today, but other games yes!), the fact remains that this team NEEDS a spark plug to restart their season; and there is often no better spark plug than a change at QB.
