Have we even blitzed at all? You know our DL can't get any pressure on the QB.
 


Thing is, players don't learn anything when they're getting beaten over and over.

So there's not much up-side, even for the younger players.

Our defensive players are so out of position it's comical.
 

We have at best a D-II defense. We are are two recruiting classes away from being competitive in the B1G!
 

Kirkwood reminds me of a quicker Marion Barber. Maybe not to Barber's level at this stage yet but the potential is there.
 

The Gophers are so painfully bad. I really mean that. It is painful watching them. It actually hurts my stomach. Wasn't there a thread on here before the season about how the LBs were going to be a strength? Scratch that. Also, how bad is James Manuel if he can't beat out Royston, Salamon & Lewis. Our safety play makes our LB play look stellar. I don't want to ever hear how good of a recruiter Brewster was. He left this program with junk. If the Gophers played 1-AA they wouldn't even be a title contender. I support Kill and i believe he's the right coach for the job, but these next few years are going to be ROUGH.

Two recruiting classes is being extremely generous by the looks of it. I hope you're right though...
 

What an embarrassment! Kill better have these players ready to play in the 2nd half. We should not be losing to these Juco types teams!
 


Bad fundementals defensively. I would think most high school teams have better basics than the Gophs.
 

I just looked at the score online, can someone tell me what is going on other than we are getting are a*$ kicked.
 

Also all the blame Gray guys are morons, we have the saddest defense in d 1
 

Any estimate of number of NDSU fans from those at the game? Both sides sound equally as loud from the TV.
