Good call by one of the ESPN guys. He definitely hooked Decker and Decker's body turned all the way around. Didn't look like much on the replay but it was PI.
 


I'll take that PI right now! The Cal fans here are livid.
 

Not as bad of a call as that holding call, but I would have to say let them play. I thought it was a great play by that DB, just a little contact.
