Tubby has to get out of the zone...How are they getting wide open 3s?
 

I know nothing about coaching BB at this level, but is there some sort of scheme that guards the three a little better? Aside from Illinois, it seems like every team just lights up the gophers from deep...that is the difference in the game...
 


Rim sounds awful on some of our misses. Ugh. Wish Austin would have nailed that open 3 after the pass from Eliason!
 



Austin has to see 1 go in first....Earlier Andre had a chance to drive to the basket and didn't take it...The Gophers MUST drive to the basket and get to the FT line.
 


we go up by 5 then bam msu starts launchin 3's like its going out of style. the grave is being dug...
 

Sometime Eliason seems like the only guy with energy out there on D. Albeit, a little out of control... :)
 




EE is going to get a T one of these days...yes the officiating is letting people mug and your on the road, deal with it
 





Why does it seem they wait until say ten seconds to go to try to attack the defense, and then end up taking a low percentage shot?

I sort of like what EE and Trevor have done today! Everyone else has something they seriously need to change going forward.
 

Tubby needs to have a serious chat with Austin before next game. All this stuff from him has gotta stop.

He has individually given up 6 threes tonight. His defense and offense have murdered his team.
 




This may be the worst coaching job all season. They've been hitting threes all night so come out in a zone we've never played and give up 2 wide open threes.
 

i am starting to feel bad for the kids that are put into spots where they cannot succeed. With some of that it is division 1 basketball, with others it is in a poorly set up offense or defense and sometimes it is playing with other players that don't belong on the high-major division 1 level.
 




MSU just has better players, IMO. Easier to look good against lesser comp...

This is a really lazy team which is sad because Mbakwe is one of the hardest workers I've ever seen.

I think we are going for a rope a dope win. Bore them to death with our offense and then finish with a flurry. This is still doable!
