I jumped from page 3 to your post and haven't followed the game so thank you for the update....what are we down at half? 15? 20?
 

Great defense by the Gophers, horrid offense for 15 minutes. Nice to see Rodney and Joe Coleman step up and hit 3's. We need Austin to get going we'll have a chance.

The refs really let them play...MSU got away with murder for most of the half.

Amazing stats: MSU 0 turnovers and 24% shooting.

Agreed. Interesting stat. MSU - zero turnovers in the half. Great to escape that ugly half with a lead. Really good defense by the Gophs.

To be fair to the reserves, I think part of the problem is that most of the reserves always play with reserves. I can't think of any other teams in the country that do that. Players are usually reserves for a reason, and playing five at a time is a recipe for disaster.

Is that the Alexandria Aces doing their halftime show? Sure looked like it.

Not for the Indianas, Michigans or Ohio States. They play an entertaining and good style of basketball. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But Wisconsin, Northwestern, State, and you can throw the Gophers in play ugly ball. The difference with Mich State is they do like to play fast and I personal like Izzo and most of his teams. But after watching OSU and Michigan last night and compare it to this. It's not the same game. lol

It may be more acceptable to complain about the play on the floor than to say that. Actually kind of funny that you would ask someone to "chill out" in the midst of that rant.
 

I expect MSU to run more in the 2nd half. We need to be careful with the ball and not fuel them.
