***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT PENN STATE RARE MID-WEEK AFTERNOON IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Completely disagree. Curry is having a tough game. But for everyone of these....he has a game where he's knocking these down.....like on Saturday when we played PSU the first time.
If curry is getting minutes next year it means we are bad again. But if he is our best option we should take him.

Hes taken 10 3s all year(so obviously not many even if he cant make them)

His FG% is 43.5% entering today. Thats terrible for a 6'9 guy that doesnt have a high volume 3 point arsenal.

In otherwords hes sub 46% inside the arc. That means way too many low percentage shots. Better off trying more 3s. And this is a every year trend.

I havent watched this game, but I will say just like i think for everyone on our team, they are just in too big of a role due to our lack of overall physical talent. Curry shouldnt have to play 30 min a game or be counted on for big stats. Thats not what he is capable of, but lets take for example a few years ago when we had Oturu and his backup was Konate. we couldnt take Oturu off the floor because Konate would just get demolished on def and had less than 0 offensive game, if you put Curry in that role man that would be awesome! 10-15 min a game, hit the open jumper, good communicator, not going to be dominated consistently on defense. If you put him out there for 30+ a night, yah its not always going to look good but thats where we are with this team.

4:17 pm cst. I no longer believe we have a chance of victory. Will persevere with day-drinking. That is all…

Yes. As an option…I’ve heard pornography is readily available on the internets.

Everyone should salute Curry for what has gone through and done while at the U but it is time for him and the basketball program to move on.

Still can’t play TT. An ass kicking. From penn state.
Play the kids. NO reason not to.
We shouldn't even have any starters on the floor right now, curious to see what happens when we get back from the timeout here

He takes those mid-range jumpers because that's a shot that we can get. We don't get the ball inside. We are make or break from long range. The fact is that Curry has shown up as a legit third scorer on a team that doesn't have many. On an NCAA Tournament team? Yeah....you'd have a point. That isn't this team right now.

Any minutes? Nonsense. Curry is more than serviceable. I can't believe how quickly people turn on Curry just five days after his play helped us to one of our few Big Ten wins.

Has Sutherlin always been this bad, no hands, no touch around the basket, can't hold on to the basketball.

100% agree. Curry would be a good option off the bench. Not a 30 minute per game guy.

Not any minutes. But if he is getting more than 10 minutes per game this is a bottom 4 team in the league.
Curry has done a great job this year. Without him this team would be 14th instead of 12/13

Don’t agree if he is the best we have as an option

Well yeah, thats what I'm saying though about him moving on.

I am not saying the guy sucks(he doesnt) nor is he a selfish chucker(he isn't) but hes closing in on social security and doesnt have a skill set that suits the current state of the program.

Next year even if its still not a NCAA team, i hope it isnt a squad relying on Curry taking 5 shots a game of a shot he doesnt make consistently that almost no one in basketball takes anymore.

Appreciate what hes brought, but its time.
