This is why conference games, especially against Michigan, are not optimal in week 1.

Agree. So strange. Week to week isn’t going to have any even matchups with all the crap.
 









Wisconsin and OSU just finalized their championship games plans in Indy. Nobody is catching either of those teams this year, especially us in the West.
 


Is this Fleck's look-alike? I would rather have canceled the whole season if this is what the team is gonna look like..
 

The team looks positively putrid. O line can’t pass protect for anything, defense is just non-existent on most plays. Gonna be a lot of growth in this game.

That's crazy. Minnesota is a totally different team tonight due to the guys being out with COVID. Will look a lot different the rest of the year.

Also, Wisconsin's running backs are very pedestrian
 

I'm a big PJ fan but this team was 100% not ready for this game.
 


Whatever is up with the kickers the Gophers have to get out of this game without the backup kicker getting hurt.

We have been able to play bad early in the season to the likes of South Dakota State and Georgia Southern and survive. You cannot do this to a good big Ten team.
 


Guess the senior d from last season were pretty good.
 

I know this is GopherHole, but everyone grab your favorite beverage and relax.

First game against a good opponent. Let’s see how the team responds, will say a lot about how this season will go. Need to keep fighting.
