Just watched the empty backfield 4th down play. I’m behind on the DVR.

Not looking good.


As soon as I saw empty backfield I was like “Really?? With Sam Schlueter as you LT?? Sack lunch.” And it was. He got bitched. Just like the good ol days vs Iowa.

O-Line can't protect, receivers can't get open, Morgan struggling, young RB not able to get going, .....take your pick.....little bit of everything going wrong on that side of the ball.
 

We can’t score on Illinois‘ defense, how will we score against Iowa and Wisconsin.
 


How they cannot stretch the field is beyond amazing.

I’ve seen enough Gopher (and Viking for that matter) games to know that we score here and lose by 7. Hope I’m pleasantly surprised.
