Coleman OR Rodney are both prone to clanging hard off the back iron.
 


He might be a little hurt, but not enough to come out, but enough to alter his free throws. Then he could be over embellishing.
 













Rodney didn't even contest the rebound...he just slumped his shoulders...Sick!
 





Four consecutive losses by a top ten team? Two to unranked opponents? Where is your heart? If we hadn't missed a DUNK, the easiest fricking shot in all of basketball. What the heck is wrong with this team?
 


Why wouldnt Elliot come in when Trevor came out? Tubby just iced his own shooter.
 


There was a thread last week comparing '97 to this year.

In '97 against Illinois John Thomas got fouled late and had to make 2 FT to win. He was about 50%. He made both.
 

Did I say something about effort? We need five gophers crashing the boards with reckless abandon there, and we got next to no effort.
 


You would think he would make a slight adjustment after the first one clanged in off the back iron...instead he shoots it even further. Rodney has a low Basketball IQ...I wish Tubby had called a timeout to tell him "Okay Rodney, that first one hit the back iron and you got lucky it went it...now take a little off the 2nd one..." - Clearly Rodney couldn't do the math himself.
 

Free throw, Austin 1-10 including a missed dunk...no play out of the timeout with 50 sec left...just not a great team right now....hope we can win a few in sneak into the NCAA
 


They really need a lineup shakeup, what was the total point production for Williams, Coleman, and Austin Hollins, 6-8 points. How can you win when the points from three of your starters is 8 points or something.
 

Just slowed down that shot. It's so close. I still can't believe the idiot announcers didn't even acknowledge it.
 

Refs lost us another one with that shot clock violation by Wisky...
 

Sorry boys but you can't complain about this one. We didn't make the big shots at the end and they did but we played well, it was well coached. If you bring it to the last possession in Kohl you have probably played well. The unforgiveable loss is Northwestern. We will have to fight our way forward as an unranked team now. I hope Trevor's wrist isn't broken.
 

Also, I hope to heck Trevor was not faking. If we are going to embarrass ourselves with our play, we better not also be cheating.
