Leidner has really had an awful game. Bad decisions on the read option, bad decisions in the passing game (after the 1st Q, at least). Disappointing, considering the good things he was doing last week.

If "run" is all we can do, Streveler is probably a better option.

For the program to get to he next level the QB position needs to get figured out.

Know Leidner has some supporters but he is not the guy.
 


Yeah we should definitely throw frequently to keep OSU off balance. It won't ruin our chances or anything.
 



Bah...Gophers had chances and blew it. Liked that they stayed competitive through the first half, though.
 


Some of you need to realize we're playing the #8 team in the country. I said during the week I didn't think the weather would matter, if the conditions were bad it would affect us too and it certainly looks like the weather has affected Leidner more than Barrett. Big deal, we aren't ready to compete with the best team in the conference, the program is still headed in the right direction.
 

Leidner and defense playing a pathetic second half. Absolutely terrible!

Even if we answer back quick we will still be down 2 scores. Not sure how that would put a lot of pressure on OSU given the time remaining.

they haven't been uncompetitive the 2nd half to be honest... it COULD get worse but right now OSU is 17-14 in favor of the first half...
 

Curious why Claeys went with the all-out blitz there.
 

Oh well, the Gophers made a game of it for three quarters, but you can't have two interceptions and the several critical penalties and hope to survive against OSU.

This is true. Still frustrating today though.
 

You guys who have given up, quit watching. I don't want you celebrating with me if the Gophers come back. You're a bunch of born losers.
