Hire Rick. He would be a perfect fit. Keep Richard as an assistant. Rick might win a Big Ten title and get it vacated but it wouldn't be the first time.

Hire Dutcher and the get Johnson as his assistant with a wink wink he’s the guy when dutcher leaves. Someone needs to get in with the grassroots AAU team as that’s where the best players are. Pitino was all with the Howard Pulley guys, but not so much with the sizzle guys.

No let them all go and start over. If it’s someone with a Minnesota connection that’s hired they will have at least 7 years to figure it out.

Back to not addressing the recruiting you brought up. I can recognize great coaching while not respecting the person in how he conducts himself. BACK TO STALKING. I see that is OK for you to hate on Pitino but if i do it with facts you criticize me. That is OK. Each person has their own level of reading comprehension and their own capacity on how to conduct themselves. Never stated that Bo was a great guy. Known him for a very long time and have not once enjoyed him as a person . But teaching and coaching, incredible. I never confused the two , never got phony and celebrated wins buy buying into him personally or sucked up to him in anyway. Only in my circle did we discuss his extraordinary teaching schools but we never respected how we had seen him treat people.

San Diego St beats Boise again last night, 62-58, and Colo St easily takes care of Air Force

Nevada gets a second crack at Utah St tonight, and CSU should take care of Air Force again on Monday.

From Tues to Sat, they squeezed in some make-up games, but most aren't interesting. Colo St at Nevada the most likely one to be a loss for the top four.


Pretty crazy: each of the top four teams in the MWC could have 14+ conf wins and 5 or less conf losses.

Currently:
SDSU 13-3
Colo St 12-3 (will be 13-3 after Mon)
Utah St 12-4 (might be 13-4 after tonight)
Boise 14-5

He will likely be an NBA coach by this time next year as I'm sure 7 additional teams will fire their coach by then. No chance he's passing on future NBA money to coach the worst team in the Big Ten.

Whisky focuses on fundamentally sound players who can shoot at the expense of athleticism. Minnesota recruits athletes who can’t shoot. The former wins. The latter doesn’t.

He may not want to leave there. He has a pretty good situation. Not everyone wants to move up to bigger conferences. Look how it worked out for Few at Gonzaga

Prior to his final four run he was almost fired. Sounds like he’s a likely option for BC and PSU too
