New gold helmet??

Actually I like the the gold helmets. I just get tired of the never ending combinations.

How about this:

HOME
Gold helmet
Maroon jersey
Gold pants

AWAY
Maroon helmet
White jersey
Gold pants

I also would go for those two combos all the time.

That's dumb, keep mixing up the uni's. Add a black one to it too. Kids love that stuff. It's all about making the U cool to recruits and kids. All you old guys can just watch on a black and white tv (you all hate change so color tv's are dumb too I'm sure) and you will never know the difference.

I actually wouldn’t mind if we wore gold on gold with gold helmets for every game.

That's the day I cancel my season tickets.
 



Just retire the white pants (especially at home) and match helmet color to pant color both home and away... and I would be very happy every week with the uniforms.

You know when you are watching TV and you slump down in your chair but make sure the remote control and beer are within arm's length first? That is sort of how I am when I arrive at the stadium for home games. "Are they wearing white pants? No? Ah, all is well."
 

Since Thursday's game is a "Gold Out" for fans I'm assuming we'll also be breaking out the Gold helmets for the players? I'm not a big fan of them seeing them alone but that could change when I see them in an actual game with the maroon jerseys.

Final Offer - A compromise

Dump the gold jerseys.
Dump the white pants.

Down to eight combos.........good to go.

Don - they post box scores online after each game. Results, facts, nothing but facts. You could save yourself a lot of heartache by just reading the box scores instead of GH. WARNING: be careful though as often there is an article next to the box score where sometimes the author may speculate about the following week's game. Stick to the box score stats.
