Agreed, when Gopher players are getting hacked going up for shots they say this is postseason basketball, gotta man up and can't be looking for a call. When LaSalle guys get a shot blocked or don't finish they say a lot of contact, but no call or the refs missed the foul there. East coast bias? or just a lot of Gopher hate.
 





Andre can't get back on the floor soon enough. Welch is so accidentally lethargic out there lol.

I'm okay with not having him throw up garbage shots. He's great if he's on fire. Otherwise he throws up terrible shots.
 



How can these guys be so clueless about time remaining on the shot clock???
 

This game is eerily similar to how the Michigan game was going...hope we can hang on.
 

Our defense has tightened up but so has our offense...
 




Looks like we have again installed our delay game, which involves one guy dribbling out the shot clock while the other four stand around.

Our offense right now is looking exactly like our offense in the last few minutes against Michigan. Hold the ball for 25 seconds then iso.
 


I doubt that Chip is not playing due to Tubby thinking he should not be playing in this type of game. It must be injury or something else.

I know!! Totally frustrating. The annoucers just hinted at Tubby trying to "shorten the game" again. Wish we had a go to scorer.

I don't think I need to remind everyone what happened the last couple times we used this strategy to shorten the game.
 





Tubby must have been listening, we attack a little, get some buckets, and the lead is extended.
 


The fans are leaving - they are more confident than we are.
 

Nice win, looks like Miami in the next round, but its not inconceivable that Valpraisso could come back yet.
 


Wow - down by 9 and all the fans bailed out...not even a foul. That was odd. Anyway good job Gophers. Nice coaching Tubby!!
