Is it time to admit PJ (and staff) can coach?

Years ago I knew a guy who built a really awesome race car. It was scratch-built, beautifully fabricated, had a powerful engine that he assembled himself, and handled impressively. But he never won a race with it; almost never finished in the pack.

He was skilled at building a competitive machine, but not at operating it. That's how I see Fleck. Of course Fleck has had some nice seasons in his career, and a couple of really good ones. He puts together a really nice team, but I don't think he has what it takes to win big.

He's still good enough to keep around. At least our team is fun to watch.
