GAME #22: Gophers (15-6, 4-4) v. Northwestern (11-11, 4-5) [BTN, 2/1, 1:00PM)

Can't miss that lay-up. And NW got away with a walk.

Little Dre is going to make something happen.

I was really hoping we'd be the team with lead going into the final 2 minutes. Hate playing from behind in the last 2 minutes.

In the Dells with my daughter for gymnastics...by reading this, it looks like I'm glad I'm not watching.

I don't understand our D matchups the last few minutes. Austin is guarding Lumpkin, who is not an offensive threat (compared to others). Weird. I sure hope it works out!

Seriously, in all my years watching Gopher basketball, how can the opposing team always seem to hit that necessary, contested fall-away shot late in the game (or late in the 1st half, for that matter). Unreal.

This one ruins my whole weekend. I can't watch this team without Dre.

That sucked. Horrible job by refs, and not a great play on our parts.

Dre took a lot of contact.

We missed way too many layups at the end of the game.

Foul on both shots, but should've knocked one down anyway. Missed 3 straight free throws as well earlier.

This was just an awful and embarrassing game to watch. This is the most irate I've been during the Pitino era.

It's the same frickin ending in every sport for every team in Minnesota. I'm just so sick of it.

Typical, two fouls in the last few seconds and it's one thing not to get the ****ing And-1 at MSU. It's a whole another tragedy to not get the calls against Northwestern, even at home. **** this.

By the way, Mo needs to put that in from point blank, I don't care how many arms were hitting his. He should be bigger and stronger than them and from 2 feet?
