You know, Dak, when that theory was first floated here on Gopher Hole, I thought it baseless. Now I'm beginning to think it might have some merit.
Dak, let me ask you this: do you recall the penalty called on Tyler Nubin for fair catch interference? I may be imagining this, but when the play happened in real time, I thought it was clear that the call was obviously correct. But then (again, if I recall correctly) they (briefly) showed two different replays.
The first was the original angle, and it looked like Nubin bumped him.
The second replay (unless I imagined it) showed the play from a different angle. This one appeared to show DeJean extending his arm to initiate the contact with Nubin, while pushing Nubin away.
Did anyone else see that, or am I hallucinating?
