Good enough for me means a national championship every year. Since I know that's not realistic here on planet Earth, good enough by Gophers standards means a coach who gets good results by the historical standards of his school. Winning national titles and 500+ games with several deep Tournament runs buys a pretty long rope from me. Further, I really have trouble with firing a coach coming off his best season and the school's best season in 23 years. Why is everyone finding it so hard to procure another example of a coach being fired immediately upon gaining a Tournament victory for his school for the first time in decades? Such terrible coaches should get fired all the time.
Some of us dare to dream without being shackled to comfortable anchor of the past. Glad you are hanging your hat on slinking into the tourney and beating the most dis-functional, uninterested team in the tourney.
