All Things 2024-25 College Basketball Other Games Thread

UNC just hit some big shots to make it a game. Only down one to MSU with a minute left.

Michigan State with an un-Izzo like choke job against UNC. Blew 8 point lead inside 5 minutes. Now to OT.

Alabama starting to pull away from Rutgers now. Scarlet Knights are going to make some noise in the Big Ten this year.

A compliment for Ben: The Gophers are better at getting the ball in than Michigan State.

They will be jekyll and hide

With players as talented as Harper and Bailey they are a threat any night. Especially in a league with not many dominant teams and good parity.

That supporting cast leaves them vulnerable a lot as well though

A lot of fun to watch either way

lol.....covered my bet on the UNC/MSU game because Carr missed both his free throws at the end. I deserved that.

Checking in on some former Gophers.....Tusla lost again today. Carrington has a brutal shooting percentage so far this year. Payne and TAMU play Creighton in a half hour. Payne seems to be a starter.....but plays less than their bench forward.

Edit: Payne not starting now.
I bet Carrington has a pretty good shooting percentage in half court buzzer beaters, maybe he should only be shooting those

Oklahoma-Arizona in a good game on ESPN. Oklahoma is always my #2 team, especially in years like this when the Gophers are hard to watch.

Wichita State loses by nearly 40 points to Florida. Thus we can see a glimpse of what is about to unfold in Big10 season for our beloved Gophers.
