Illinois up big on Mizzou 44-22, no Man Bun for Mizzou

UCLA helps the B1G improve its inter conference record by losing to Maryland. Terps nearly blew a 20 point lead in the second half and went 11 minutes without a basket.

Some other games
Butler @ Providence
Arizona against FAU in Vegas
St John’s @ UConn

Wisconsin's Chucky Hepburn got hurt vs Chicago State yesterday. Looked like a groin injury.

Saw that on the highlights. Big blow but not as big as it might have been last year. They’ve upgraded their roster. Probably a few weeks out anyway.

We were beating Mizzou big the first half as well. It speaks to the Gophers potential. The difference will likely be in Illinois continuing to put the hammer down while we folded like a wet rag.
How so? Mizzou is now ranked worse than MN and is a Quad 3 loss. It was an embarrassing defeat.

That Mizzou lost continues to look worse and worse. Thanks Johnson.
Yep, Mizzou sucks. They are now 12th in the SEC.

Nice numbers by Cooper yesterday. Played 33 minutes, which led the team. Went 7-11 and 3-7 from 3, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and only 1 turnover. South Carolina improves to 11-1 with a 70-43 win over Elon.

Treyton with what appears to be a very good game for the Hatters. 27 minutes, 3-3 on field goals, 1-1 on 3’s, 6-6 from the line and 6 rebounds. Had 4 fouls, 13 points total and 0 turnovers against a formidable Cincinnati team. Stetson lost 83-75 and are 7-6 now.

Thiam’s High Point team improved to 10-4 with a 78-70 win over Canisius. 12 points on 5-9 shooting, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, but 5 turnovers in his 26 minutes.

I’ll be seeing Treyton play in person in January when I’m on vacation. I’ll give a full scouting report!

FAU vs Arizona = ridiculous

What a game.

This game will make you fall in love with basketball again. Nice.
Agree. Fun game. Fast-paced. Great guard play. Harassing defense. Caleb Love cold-blooded. Not unhappy to see Arizona go down.

Some solid Summit League openers. UST @ Fighting Sioux probably best of the bunch.

Denver has been a pleasant surprise. Can’t drop one @ Omaha, though.

So, looking at the McNeese State schedule, on Dec 5th they played the Mississippi University for Women and scored a 92-23 victory. Just about matched that with the 87 they put on Michigan.

Howard's gotta be gone, right? Saw some rumblings that Dug might be academically ineligible next semester... just a rumor
When you factor in his misbehavior...

Not sure about his contract/buyout situation
