Well, they can go together. He did some amazing work for our program. At the same time, maybe a stylistic change could help us break that ceiling.

Like it or not, college sports are changing. Plenty of proven players are leaving without indication because they want a better shot at a title (maybe that just means conference), better NIL, bigger fanbase, etc.

I still think this team has potential based on how we've kept with elite teams for stretches of games, but if not we all know that there is one goal and one goal only for the year: make sure Payne stays.

I'd disagree, I think we looked better against Wisconsin and Purdue (for the first half). This start feels a bit sloppier, but at least we're on top!

We need a younger recruit (transfer or flipped commit) to fully benefit. Part of what made the pickup of Gros so great is how she was able to mentor the younger middles. Either get Murr and a younger prospect or get Gomillion so that next year she can be that leader. Murr on her own just seems...
