I like how Fleck and company are hitting Illinois and Missouri hard. Those states are ripe for the picking right now with Iowa, ISU, Mizzou, Illinois, and NW all being less than stellar at the moment.

That would be nice. Kegler wouldn't be a bad option either, currently committed to USF and has some other decent offers, looks pretty good on tape too. I like how Fleck is really focusing on D-Line, which is typically an area of weakness for Minnesota, it's among the most difficult positions to recruit talent.

We don't have a single verbal commit from the state of Missouri, and I don't know of any Missouri prospects who the staff is prioritizing.

He looks like one of those under the radar speedy Florida DTs that will do well with a RS year in S&C program. I see that he is coming for a visit this weekend.

Another kid that the Gophers had been recruiting at DT - Ellison Hubbard from GA looks good. We have strong competition for him now that Sawvel is in Wake Forest. Rutgers and Iowa State are also after him.

I have a feeling that we will have quite a haul after this weekend. TJ Fleck never sleeps. This guy is truly wired as someone mentioned being a hybrid of Brewster and Kill on some serious Koolaide.

In standard ESPN fashion, it doesn't mention Gophers or any MN recruits. Nothing to see here.

Trey Ceamer visited with Colorado State last week. He received a Rutgers offer on Jan. 16, and has a scheduled Iowa official visit tomorrow.

Iowa offered Raheem Layne on Jan 13 the day he had an official visit with Indiana. Both Virginia Tech & Wake Forest offered on Jan 18. He has an official with Wake Forest tomorrow.

I hate to see these two CB commits go elsewhere. We will know after their visit this weekend.
