Two reasons:

1) Louisville sports talk radio had USA Today guy on last night. They were talking about the UCLA job. Guy was adamant that Shaka is not going to UCLA.

2) Bob Loblaw hasn't seen him in So Cal yesterday or today.
 

I just saw a Smart car heading North on 90/94 (toward MPLS), I'm not saying, I'm just saying.
 

Reading the VCU forum, you would think leaving VCU for Minnesota would be like going to a D2 program compared to theirs. Not one of those posters talked about what may be the most attractive attribute to coming to Minnesota...coaching in the greatest conference in the nation. Sorry, the A10 is not even close to the B1G. One poster said he would eat a gopher if he came here and another guaranteed he wouldn't come here. Its fun reading the other side.

They said the same thing about Teague.
 

If you were a coach thinking about making such a big move, wouldn't you want to come check out the campus/facilities first?

I saw that, and they were talking on a Smart phone until the car hit the ditch and did a Flip.
 

VCU will not like us very much if we end up with the Smartster, after taking N.T. from them.

If you look at Shaka Smart's twitter (https://twitter.com/coachsmartvcu), he hasn't posted anything in a year and a half. I think it's obvious that Teague made this decision then and Smart has been avoiding Twitter ever since...
 


Found him. He's enjoying the roller coaster at Mall of America with a wedding party.

Shaka has already had B1G offers. Obviously, VCU fans realize the B1G is a good conference after the beat down we suffered against Michigan.
 

Can someone bring some money (small bills and quarters preferred) to Sex World? I'm trying to keep the curtain drawn but am running low on funds. Would hate to lose our coverage of the Sex World parlour. Assuming one of you has the Minneapolis public library staked out? The new one on Hennipen. Give me a couple thirteen, fourteen hundred bucks in singles and I'll ensure Gopherhole is the first to know when, not if, Shaka shows up here.

Why do you guys think Chaka Kahn would make a good basketball coach? Just because she had a couple hits in the 70's and 80's. And why do you keep spelling her name with an "S"? I'm confused.....yet again.
