I hope Indiana wins that one.
I almost always root against Nebraska, too. But I'd like to see some team hang a loss on Coach Cignetti in his "Year Zero." He's got the Hossiers at 6-0 and ranked pretty high. He is upsetting the established order of the Universe.

I’ll be impressed if Indiana wins two or more of their next five games.

Nah man, we outside the established order shall stick together. Both my parents are IU alums and I'm happy they finally get something to cheer about in football. I can get into the chaos of Playoff Indiana.

I like when we see the established order upset. Helps give us perspective on what is possible for non-blue bloods.

so two of Michigan State, Nebraska, and Washington would impress you? Their schedule has been charmin soft, but also kudos to Cignetti because you've still gotta win them. They could very realistically be 9-0 and setting up a home game with Michigan and an 11-1 or 10-2 very on the cards. Would be extremely interesting to see what the CFP would do with them say they go 11-1 with a loss to OSU and miss the BT championship (OSU-Oregon rematch). Best win would be Michigan. Think they'd still get in there. 10-2 with losses to Michigan and OSU would be even more interesting given there's just nothing on their schedule. Maybe Nebraska could sneak up and get themselves just inside the top 25? The rest of Iowa's schedule sets up the same. Could end up 10-2 but with a best win being Nebraska but right now their two losses are to CFP teams (OSU, Iowa State)

Yes, three teams that are all arguably better than anyone else they’ve played.

Sorry FM: the gopher beat the crap out of Indiana in 1967. BUT, When Indiana, Purdue and Minnesota all tied for the BT championship that year, Indiana got the Rose Bowl bid over Purdue and my Gopher team, after the way the Gopher dismantled them in the BRICKHOUSE, my grudge against them has still not faded.(

Purdue is 1-5 and they're playing in a packed home stadium, while we're lucky just to get over 50%.

It is actually 4,000 short of a sellout but you don't think we would sellout out Oregon in a prime time game? I am not sure this game should be on national TV. I don't care for Purdue so I am glad they are getting blown out.

Duke, with a gaudy 180 yards total offense, move to 6-1 as FSU falls to 1-6.

Streak broken…this is Duke’s first win vs. FSU in 23 games, now 1-22 and on a 1 game winning streak.

I was only paying attention to the score on my phone and thinking "Wow. Florida state is hanging with Duke". And then I thought how weird that sounded.

If you want to see an exhibit of how to not play defense to end a game, go watch how gundy set up that final drive. Blech. BYU gonna stay unbeaten
I went to bed but see this is how BYU won. The defense looks like they’re in slow motion on this play.

The defense was lacking in general for this game. Lots of big plays. You just had a feeling that BYU was going to score on the last drive.

The advantage of being 1-5 is that you have nothing to lose. UCLA went for it on 4th and 1 at their own 12 yard line. They got it and eventually scored a TD.

Does Army have a new head coach or something? I know they aren't beating the greatest teams ever but they've been remarkably consistent and putting up some high scoring numbers

Indiana overall looks OK but Rourke is excellent.
Garbers had a long QB TD run, guy has wheels. Up 14-7 over Rutgers means we get to see second half Kaliakmanis.
Northwestern isn’t very good, but neither is Wisconsin. Two blocked field goals in the first half. I’ve never seen that before.

Saw a Saban blurb they’ve added a nice passing twist to their option. Correction: NAVY

My bad.

the stats in CFB would say this is the right decision every single time. wonder if coaches will ever try push the envelope on the analytics on this one

I’ll be surprised if UCLA doesn’t win.

Their TE looks to have some Sunday potential and Rutgers D looks so so..
