That is true about the quick loss of life, but when you consider the long game of this Q/Trump movement it will hurt our country for a long time unless we unify and take steps now to put it to rest.

Agree with you on law and order and application. There is a level of hate and anger i have never seen before. These two political parties are all about power at all cost. Glad to not be a part of it even though it leaves me without representation. After Covid restrictions we are going to be spending more of our time out of the country. Trump really hurt things with the approach of a bully, even when he did good things. Schiff, Pelosi and Shumer dealt with it with anger and hate. That mix of both parties behavior lead the country to where we are now. Not going to get better anytime soon. Listening is at a all time low.
The fact that you don't acknowledge that the unequal enforcement of our laws is precisely the reason they are kneeling and why we got here is the problem.

As a minority i believe they should be applied equally. Just like i think jobs and scholarships should be awarded on merit not skin color. One of the worst insults is to give a job to someone because of the extra melanin in their skin. I only want my merits to collect what is mine. These players kneeling together are united, they are communicating brothers. It is a good thing.

Les, the large majority of our country lies in the middle. I'm not too afraid of the people that want to have better education and health care for everyone. I don't think i'm going out on a limb here by saying the right wing/aryan/domestic terrorists that are well armed are the most dangerous thing in our country right now.

So true about the middle. I am a libertarian who has no representation and I believe the far right and the far left are equally divisive. I have friends who are moderate conservatives and moderate liberals who are all kind ,thoughtful and educated. They end to agree on more than they disagree but politicians never get there, they get filled with anger and hate over the disagreements. There is actually very little listening and trading between them and we pay them for this behavior !
I know a team of players from all over, different pigmentation, different cultures that has a group of players that kneel supported by a group that stands with locked arms is solidarity in total support of each other. It does not have to be either or. It can be a mix of love and care for several ideas. The ones that stand are not for black lives matter, or blue lives matter but for human beings matter.
