if you don't get it there, the game is effectively over with TX needing like 20 yards. A horrible punt from their punter to not pin them inside their 10 didn't help

I still don't know what targeting is or isn't. Seems like it's whatever the refs feel like.

It's targeting except for when it's a huge call at the end of the game.
