How could they possiblly have seen where his knee was?

Were they about to call offside after the center moved the ball forward 6 inches.

On what planet was that not a sack? At least we learn early who the Big Ten wants to win this game...millions on the line if Wisc can win so we get two in the playoffs.
 

I guess I missed the replay that definitively showed his body not on the ground that was required to overturn...

Wouldn't have mattered. They had to punt either way. Santoso would have boomed it into the stands either way.
