***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT UCLA AT ROSE BOWL STADIUM IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Good adjustments 2nd half. Just looked up who UCLA played so far and they played a tough schedule with Hawaii the only Win. Penn st, lsu Oregon Illinois. We beat 2 good teams in a row.
Eric Bienimy the OC.

After the first half, this felt like the annual stinker game that we’ve had each of the past few years. The fact that the team woke up and figured it out shows some really nice growth.
We already had 2 of those

Boy Brosmer caught a lot of hell in the first half. I didn’t think he had anything to do with the issues. This is now the third week in a row that the kid has showed huge balls on a big stage in the second half when we play with a bit more tempo.
It’s possible to be crappy and then make a good read at the end of the game. He did that

Brosmer at 70% even when he seems to be having a bad game.

Another efficient clutch game by Brosmer. 2 TDs and 26 for 37 (70%) including several throw aways from heavy pressure. Jackson, Spencer and Taylor had quietly good second halves.

Defense pulled it together after giving up yards early.

A win is a win.

He was dishing dimes all over the place in the second half and really didn’t have much chance it started in the first.
Agree much better second half. He didn’t have a 15 yard completion until the 4th quarter

DeShaun sounds very defeated in his press conference, like this really was a big game for them

Hold up....you think Brosmer played crappy?

He completed 70% of his passes for nearly 200 yards and 2TD. His first pass of the game was a beautiful throw that Geers just flat out dropped. Brosmer wasn't perfect but he played really well.

Yeah, gopherbadgerman will continue to stand in that ship even if it sinks.

He would have had a 30 yard completion if Geers catches the perfectly thrown ball on the opening drive that hit him squarely in the hands in stride.
And that might have changed the complexion of the entire game

You never know but it certainly would have increased the likelihood of getting points on the opening drive which can be huge.

Not at all. Was making a observation that you can play poorly and then play well later in the game.
