Minnesota now plays games every week with Michigan, USC, UCLA, and has generally gotten the better of them. That's a big step forward for the program. Our Gophers are hanging in there in the new Big Ten.

Boy Brosmer caught a lot of hell in the first half. I didn’t think he had anything to do with the issues. This is now the third week in a row that the kid has showed huge balls on a big stage in the second half when we play with a bit more tempo.

In the last 2 seasons this offense has been able to close out 2 games. They’ve failed in about 10 games. That’s horrific.

I stand corrected. They got another chance and did it. That’s a good win. I still don’t have a lot of confidence in this offense and I don’t see more than 1 or 2 more wins, but we’ll see.

UCLA with 105 yards of penalties, which made up for our offensive yardage deficit. Also UCLA yielded 3 interceptions—two by Koi. That’s the game. Go Gophers.
