Yes.. Easy call the full back stopped but kept chopping his feet..

I'm pretty sure you can do that...as long as you're not moving forward at the snap, it's basically a man in motion, like an H-back or WR shuffling ot the side. Or maybe I'm an idiot and totally wrong...which is completely possible.
